"Lots of exercises! I like it so far. Two things I wish were different. First and foremost, I wish the app went into a little more detail about proper form. Just one example, most people don't know you should not do squats with your knees extended past the toes. This can cause knee damage as well as divert the exercise from targeting the intended group of muscles. Two, I wish it saved the customized workouts that can be created for later!!!"
